    Text - unrulyfarmhand 6d I was driving cross country once, coming into Louisiana it started getting spooky. Lots of cars on the side of the road near a swamp. Kinda felt the swamp calling to me, wanted to pull over for some reason. Going about 60I cross over a short bridge and there's a golden retriever puppy in a dog bed looking clean and not scared, right on the side of the bridge. Freaked me the hell out and I'm a dog lover but I'm not stopping there for a damn thing.

He told us one day while driving to utah from cali he saw a man in a very bright yellow rain jacket, he said the look on his face looked like he was about to die, but he got a very eerie feeling to not pull over, this was around 2pm he tells us btw. It was around 1l am and I was really tired so I pulled over between Gallup and Ship Rock. Had a nightmare of evil looking faces coming at me out of pitch black, screaming.     Text - Herpethian 6d I was once driving along l15 in Idaho. There was a stray dog walking down the road. He stopped and sat and stared right at me as I approached. I got this feeling to pull over, so I did. He jumped right up into the cab and we rode out. I pulled in the nearest truck stop and he got out and wandered off. The night his father passed away he was travelling from Ontario to Florida, he got the call from my mother and pulled into the next truckstop to process the news. There was a bar beside the stop and the name of the bar was my grandfathers first and last name. He even took a picture and sent it to us. It was surreal.

    Text - caseymj 6d I will never forget the smell of my great grandmother's funeral. The smell of flowers and what they used to preserve her was one of the strongest smells I've ever encountered. Maybe 10 years later, I was on the road leaving a marching band event with my dad, and I smelled that smell again. I immediately was reminded of the funeral smell. I felt freezing cold, even with the heat on! think my great grandmother was visiting me or watching me play my instrument.
